In August 2021, the new Hoba Sushi shop with fresh Japanese cuisine is expected to open with us! In our new sushi bar, Ireneo Lara, our sushi master from the Philippines and his team will create classic nigiri, maki, sashimi, poke bowls and many other delicacies to eat on site and also for take-away. The restaurant «See la vie» and the sushi bar also serve warm, «à la minute» sushi. Julian Binkert, our chef de service and wine expert, will pair the offerings with our eclectic wine selection – for those who prefer local white wine over sake.

Hoba Sushi will be open all year round from Wednesday to Sunday. Hoba, by the way, stands not only for Hotel Bad but also for a Japanese magnolia soup. Whether this will also be available at the sushi bar is still open. Let us surprise you!
