I am Mario Herr and I am excecutive chef at the Hotel Bad Murtensee. With my Sous Chef Luca Merian and the kitchen team, we focus in late summer and autumn on offering you a creative, tasty and colorful menu with the best regional products. We are currently revising our banquet menu to offer you a more regionally and seasonally based menu. You will find the traditional dishes of the last years and the classics of the region, supplemented by new creations and interpretations. We will be happy to advise and assist you individually and personally for all questions regarding your event. We look forward to welcoming you soon at the Hotel Bad Murtensee.
