With many years’ experience in the catering and events industry, Florian Gerber brings with him an extensive network, a passion for hospitality and a keen understanding of people and concepts. His focus is on further developing catering and events at Lake Murten, establishing new partnerships and, together with the team, creating special experiences for guests and event organisers.
Daniel Krebs
Head Chef
Daniel is a passionate chef with many years’ experience and a keen eye for quality, technique and flavour. Passing on his knowledge is particularly important to him: as an outstanding mentor, he takes plenty of time to share his expertise and cooking techniques with his team and our trainees. Married to a New Zealander, Daniel is cosmopolitan and interested in other cultures – an openness that also inspires his cooking.

Moncef has been an indispensable part of the team at the Hotel Bad Murtensee for many years. With his professionalism and commitment, he ensures that every service runs smoothly and that guests can enjoy an unforgettable experience, no matter how turbulent things can get at times, Moncef always keeps a cool head and masters every challenge with impressive composure and an infectious sense of humour. These qualities not only make him extremely popular with guests, but also a valued colleague and reliable contact within the team.
